I just read an interesting article on PCWorld.com and it emphasized the difficulty that even very sophisticated people can have at evaluating telephony services. Skim through the thoughts that the writer, James A. Martin, expressed.Although I've never heard of Maxemail, it's interesting that he has chosen to cover this topic amidst so much news about VOIP.
