Vonage "firm on strategy despite share jitters"... WHAT!

Excuse me! "Jitters" refers to a minor upset.  Vonage refers to a major debacle. Oh, but wait, Mr. Citron says that this is going to pay off well for investors. Well, that makes all of the difference in the world, doesn't it? Just like Datek, his prior firm, his investors did well, didn't they? Hell no! He bilked about a billion dollars off of small investors, paid a $22M fine and started Vonage with the profits of his illegal activity.

Reuters, you should be ashamed of yourselves. What the hell do you think you're doing? You used to have a reputation to be proud of but now you're spending that reputation on terrorists and con artists - referring to the Hezbollah pictures of July and now Vonage.

Go figger!

FreedomVOICE adds vanity toll free number functionality...

This is actually a great investment on their part!  Vanity numbers are popular, for a great reason, and a way for them to make a little more money!  I say investment because it requires them to go to classes to learn how to use the database, and it requires them to have a dedicated person to manage the functionality.

Most unified messaging/communications services do not have this functionality. Although they can order these numbers for you, it's all done with smoke and mirrors. In fact, I saw a popular service actually tell their customers to go to the AT&T Small Business site to research available vanity toll free numbers as a step in their ordering process. This is ridiculous!

Kudos to FreedomVOICE for this effort! If they watch their brand name closely, they can ping me and I'll add them to the featured vendors list on www.telephonybuyersguide.com.
